The arrangement is carefully packaged and secured with packaging materials to withstand extreme transit conditions. Our service includes fragile courier transport that ensure our products are delivered to customers with utmost quality. Please choose carefully as our arrangements are non-refundable nor exchangeable. Please note that if your product has arrived damaged upon delivery, photos must be emailed within 24 hours and your claim will be processed subject to management’s assessment.
